Delivery and Returns

Delivery Information:

As long as it’s in stock, items ordered before 3pm will be dispatched on the same day. Items will be shipped using Royal Mail’s next working day delivery service for all deliveries to the UK.  Delivery cost is £9.95 for all orders.

We don’t currently have a standard international delivery service, but please get in touch via our Contact Us page to discuss any international shipping requirements and we will do our best to find you a solution.

Any items that are out of stock will be dispatched as soon as they arrive back in stock. If you place an order for an item that is out of stock, we will confirm the expected delivery date via email.  If you wish to find out the expected delivery date prior to placing your order please contact us.

 

Return Information:

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason there is a problem or you are unhappy with your purchase, we do offer the option to return your product(s) in line with our terms and conditions. Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase and the product must be in the original packaging and be in resalable condition.

Please note that we do not offer free returns and you would be required to pay the return postage fees. We recommend using a tracked return service when shipping anything back to us.
