Delivery information
Need next-working-day UK delivery? Order in-stock items before 12 noon UK time and choose a qualifying UK delivery service. The next-day service means delivery on the next working day. Available services depend on the products and delivery address; check the options at checkout.
UK delivery charges
- Standard: £5 for products covered by our general delivery service.
- Express: £9.95 where offered for your order and address.
- Free delivery on eligible UK orders of £100 or more.
Faraday boxes
Faraday boxes have a separate £10 UK delivery charge. The service is listed as 3–5 working days, with dispatch in 2 working days. The general free-delivery offer does not apply to these boxes. For mixed baskets, checkout calculates the available delivery options and final charge.
Custom products
Please request a quotation before ordering. Eligible custom enclosure jobs can include design, manufacture and delivery in as little as 48 hours from the agreed brief, with the destination and timing confirmed in the quotation. Eligible custom-filter jobs are completed within 14 working days from the agreed brief; the quotation confirms delivery arrangements.
International and out-of-stock orders
Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available international services and charges. For a custom project or a destination without an available option, contact us before ordering.
Backordered items are dispatched once available; we will confirm the expected timing. If you need an item for a particular date, ask us about availability before placing the order.
Return Information:
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason there is a problem or you are unhappy with your purchase, we do offer the option to return your product(s) in line with our terms and conditions. Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase and the product must be in the original packaging and be in resalable condition.

Please note that we do not offer free returns and you would be required to pay the return postage fees. We recommend using a tracked return service when shipping anything back to us.
